Please note that at TakiTaki, we do not provide returns or exchanges, nor do we offer cash refunds of any kind. However, we’re happy to work with you toward a solution that works for you. If a refund is issued, it will be in the form of store credit.

Refund requests are handled via our ticketing system and are dealt with in the order they are received. We aim to handle refund requests within 24-48 hours of submission.

How to order for Same-Day Delivery Ontario:

You must live in the designated cities of Hamilton and Burlington.
Make sure to select the “Same-Day Via Courier” delivery method to see all available products for same-day delivery.
Add your desired products to the cart.
After proceeding through checkout, ensure “Same-Day Delivery” has been selected, and confirm you have entered a valid phone number and delivery address as the courier will be in contact when they are nearing your delivery address.
Pay for your order in full (via Email Money transfer) by the deadline mentioned above.
Look out for an email confirming your order is PROCESSING.
Your order will arrive in the corresponding time slot above.

Please note, all Same-Day parcels are shipped via a private courier service.

A friendly reminder, COVID-19 safety measures remain in full effect.

What if I am not home when the delivery driver comes?

You will receive a text or call 15 – 20 minutes prior to the arrival of your package. If you do not pick up, they will bring your order back for another delivery attempt during the following delivery wave. You can also ask the driver to leave it in a safe drop location by leaving an order note at the checkout stage. There will be a photo supplied to show that your order was dropped off at the location provided.
It is crucial you use your valid phone number, as the delivery driver will not just leave your package at your front door unless instructed to do so.
Please make sure to follow the payment instructions to ensure your order is processed in time for same-day delivery.

Same-Day deliveries are available within the designated delivery area:
Hamilton & Burlington. Please note that we have plans to expand this delivery area, with these cities being phase one.
Ensure that Same-Day shipping has been selected during checkout.
Shoppers are required to provide a valid phone number – your courier will be in touch to confirm delivery.
Same day delivery is $10 or free on orders of $200+

How do I track my order?

CANADA POST – MAIL ORDER

Mail orders are shipped within 24 – 48 business hours of payment being received. You’ll receive your tracking information by email after it has shipped. Once Canada Post has scanned in your package, you will start to see tracking updates.

To check on your order tracking, proceed to our Parcel Panel and simply enter your Order Number & Email or your Tracking Number to pull up the tracking details.

You can also track your order by navigating to the My Account page and clicking TRACK:

You will then be taken to your order tracking page:

Please note, we have no further information on the whereabouts of your package other than what is currently displayed on the tracking page — what you see, what we see, and what Canada Post sees is all the same information.

Sometimes, there may be a delay in Canada Post scanning in your package, however if you have received your tracking number this means your package is on the way, and you should see tracking updates as the package reaches its next checkpoint.

Please note: If your order is placed and paid for after the final cut-off for the day, it will be delivered in the first delivery wave the following day. If you would prefer a later delivery, please reach out when you place your order.

Live tracking is not currently available for our Same Day and Next Day Delivery service, however you will receive a text/call to notify you of the pending delivery.

I’ve Submitted my Payment. What’s next?

Once you’ve completed your payment, it can take up to 40 minutes for it to be received on our end. When you send an e-Transfer or complete a Interac Money Request, Interac may hold your funds, in which case it will be “pending” status in your online banking until payment has been cleared.

Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirming the deposit and your order status will change to “Processing.”

Orders are shipped within 24 – 48 business hours of payment being received. You’ll receive your tracking info by email after it has shipped.

If you ordered via Same Day or Next Day delivery, refer to the delivery schedules below. Orders placed and paid for after the final cut-off will be delivered in the first wave on the following business day.

Please note: If you have submitted your payment, there is no need to let us know, you will receive confirmation once your order has moved into processing.
